What’s Included In The Price?

WellBridge surgical prices published on this website include the facility fee, the surgeon’s fee, the anesthesiologist’s fee, and uncomplicated follow-up care.

Consultation Fee

There is a $200 Consultation Fee due at the time of your initial consultation. Should surgery be indicated, the Consultation Fee will be applied to the total cost. If surgery is not indicated, or you choose not to have the procedure, WellBridge Surgical retains the Consultation Fee.

Postoperative Care

Since the postoperative care required for each procedure is different, some postoperative care may not be included in the price. At the time of your initial consultation, your surgeon will inform you of the postoperative care necessary, and how much of that care is covered in the price. 

What’s NOT Included In The Price?

• Any diagnostic studies necessary prior to the surgery (i.e. labs, MRI, X-rays, consultations with specialists, physical therapy, rehabilitation, etc.
• Hardware/Implants (i.e. plates and screws for orthopedic procedures). This price information following your initial surgical consultation but before your procedure. The experienced WellBridge team is very familiar with hardware/implant costs and you will be billed at the price we pay (no mark-up). Copies of the invoices will be provided to you.
• Lodging and travel expenses.
• Expenses/fees resulting from surgical complications following discharge from the facility.

Fixed Pricing

The prices listed are not negotiable and available only to those who pay the entire amount in advance. We are able to offer these prices due to the lack of expense in processing the claims and the absence of risk for non-payment.

Employer Payment Arrangements

WellBridge works with human resource departments and divisions of self-insured entities to make alternative payment arrangements for employees undergoing surgery at WellBridge.
